Sunga Hong

Research Scientist

As a Research Scientist at the Institute for Systems Biology, I am currently working on developing the Protein Catalyzed Capture Agents (PCCs) for the detection and inhibition of KRas protein. During the doctoral course, I have developed several electrochemical sensors for detecting anthrax protective antigen, norovirus, and DNA methylation. In the future, I would like to combine my prior training in electrochemistry with a developed PCC for the early diagnosis of cancer or the inhibition of oncoproteins.
